FAQs – Shipping & Delivery

1. What are my delivery options?
You may choose from 3 delivery options, which must be selected during check-out. The options are as follows:
- Arranged by Flow (COD Payment)
- Arranged by Flow (Standard Shipping; Fees are indicated below)
- Arranged by Customer (3rd Party Courier)

2. When will i receive my orders?
- For Metro-Manila, shipping and delivery days are Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
- For Provincial, the delivery will be received within 5-7 days of courier pick-up.
- The cut-off for next-day shipping is 8PM the day before on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. 

3. How much do I pay for deliveries?

Option 1: Arranged by Flow (COD Payment)

If Shipping is via COD: Flow currently uses 3rd party instant delivery couriers (Grab, LalaMove, Mr. Speedy, etc) to be paid by the customer COD from (cost reference: Oranbo, Pasig). 

Option 2: Arranged by Flow (Standard Shipping)

If Shipping is pre-paid: Due to the average size of our product shipments, standard delivery fees are as seen below. These may be settled thru GCash, BDO Transfer, or thru PayPal. 

       - Standard Delivery for Metro-Manila: PHP200
       - Standard Delivery for Provincial: PHP300

Option 3: Arranged by Customer (3rd Party Courier)

If Shipping is pre-paid: Due to the average size of our product shipments, standard delivery fees are as seen below. These may be settled thru GCash, BDO Transfer, or thru PayPal. 

       - Standard Delivery for Metro-Manila: PHP200
       - Standard Delivery for Provincial: PHP300

 

FAQs – Flow Hemp Mats

1. What are Flow mats made of and what makes it different from other mats?
Our Flow mats are made of hemp fibers infused with PVC rubber. The golden streaks of hemp fibers give the mats their natural rustic look, while the PVC rubber provides the cushioning and protection necessary. Our mats are eco-friendlier and more economic when compared against other options.

2. Why does my flow mat shed?

Don't panic! Shedding is normal among items of the same material mix. It is expected that with extreme, high-impact use, your mat may sched over time. If a few loose particles of material wears out, we recommend to just pat, wipe, or vacuum. However, if too much shedding occurs and the mat becomes unusable, please contact us on instagram at @flow.fitique. 

3. How big is my Flow mat?
Our Flow mats are 5 ft 10 Inches long, 2ft wide, 6mm thick, and weighs approximately 5lbs.

4. How to care for my Flow mat?
Our mats are mildew-resistant and low maintenance. To clean, you may handwash or wipe with a damp cloth and hang to dry. Our multipurpose sanitizers can also be used to disinfect the mats every after use, leaving it smelling fresh. DO NOT put your Flow mat into the washing machine as this may damage the mat. 

 

FAQs - Sanitizers

1. What's in my sanitizer?
Our sanitizers are made of 70% sugarcane ethyl alcohol, water, coconut derived moisturizer (glycerin), and fragrance.

2. Where can I use the sanitizer?
You can use the sanitizers pretty much anywhere! Use it to disinfect hands, clean surfaces, or even as an air freshener to get rid of unwanted smell. 

 

FAQs – Flow Canvas Bag

1. How big is my Flow Canvas Bag?
Standard Size: 70cm x 16cm, Color: Cream. Each Canvas Bag comes with an adjustable strap and a pocket big enough to fit a water bottle and a towel.

2. Care instructions for the canvas bag
To clean, just do a light hand wash, spot clean dirty areas with a light brush, and hang to dry. We do not recommend bleaching solutions as this may damage the bag. 

 

FAQs – Flow Gliders

1. What are Flow Gliders and where can I use them?
Our Flow Gliders are perfect for core exercise variations such as plank crunches, pike crunches, scissor leg exercises and more. Your back, palms, and feet stay safe on a sanitized surface as you improve your core and develop strength quickly. Use them on hardwood floors, tiles, or even on a carpet!

With the bamboo-side down, the Flow Gliders’ non-scratch surface glides smoothly on hardwood floors, tiles, and even polished concrete. Felt-side down, the bamboo top slides across most flooring but with more friction. 


2. Dimensions of my Flow Gliders?
You get 2 Flow Gliders included in every order. Each Glider is 7 inches (18 cm) diameter x 0.4 inches (1 cm) thick. It weighs 0.26 lbs each (.52 lbs total). It’s made of smooth, strong bamboo top, with slick, thin, felt bottoms. It’s ultra-light and durable, making it the perfect core-buster workout buddy.

1. What are Flow Baskets made of?
Our Flow Baskets are made of sturdy Abaca, carefully weaved into baskets by local artisans from Bicol. Our baskets are 100% biodegradable and eco-friendly as no synthetic materials were used in production.

2. How big are the Flow Baskets?
Our Flow Baskets are available in 2 sizes-Medium (10x10 diameter) and Large (12x12 diameter). Medium can fit 1-2 rolled mats while Large can fit 2-3 rolled mats.

3. Where can I use the Flow Baskets?
Flow Baskets are versatile and can be used as multi-functional organizers. We recommend using them to organize your mats and workout equipment, as planters or plant decor, as living room décor, and so much more! The neutral color, Abaca material and minimalist but unique designs make our baskets blend well in almost any home.

1. What are the dimensions of my placemats?
Our Flow Placemats are 12.5 inches in diameter.

2. Where to use my Flow Placemat?
Our Flow Placemats are the perfect staple to your dining table! An eye-pleasing aesthetic piece perfect for when entertaining guests or for everyday use. You may also use our Flow Placemats as plant pot bases to avoid floor-staining.

3. What are Flow Placemats made of?
Our eco-friendly Flow Placemats are made of 100% Abaca and weaved by our local artisans from Bicol.
